Ritmedic.com is the internet site of Kosmed International Ltd., a Russian-Dutch joint-venture in The Netherlands, specialized in manufacturing the original medical electronic devices named SCENAR and scenar training. Scenar stands for Self Controlling Energo Neuro Adaptive Regulator. Scenar theory, therapy and devices have been developed in Russia since the end of the seventies, originally for Soviet Union spacecraft.

RITM scenars are manufactured in The Netherlands since 2001 with license of the design bureau OKB RITM Taganrog, Russia. Kosmed International scenar devices are certificated for safety and environment (CE mark) medical devices 2A by British Standard Institutions, which permits to forward RITM scenars on European markets. Kosmed International Ltd. unites Russian inventors/founders of scenar therapy and devices.
