Once you become a registered user of Ritmedic genuine Ritmscenar equipment, our medical team and trainers are at your disposal to help you wherever they can. In many countries it will be possible to plan the first meeting with your patients together with one of our doctors to draw up a treatment plan.
 
Ritmedic Ritmscenar equipment is developed for daily intensive use and meets the strict quality requirements worldwide for medical devices class IIA. Our equipment is manufactured in the Netherlands and our production is under continuous examination of the Medical department of the British Standard Institute (BSI) to assure ‘Class II medical device’ conformity. If equipment defect occurs, one telephone call to Ritmedic or you local distributor will be sufficient to have your Ritmscenar device replaced while your own device is under repair.
